I believe that getting onto a healthier lifestyle is a very exciting and inspiring journey.  As you get on the health path, you start to look better and feel better about taking care of your body and your self-love quotient rises.

Getting onto a healthier lifestyle is not a temporary “diet” but a sustainable shift in lifestyle.  This takes some time as we “unlearn” all the prior beliefs and habits that may not be serving our goal of better health.

I offer a 15 min free telephone consultation to answer any questions related to the health coaching programmes.

Option 1: Diet and Lifestyle Assessment Consultation

I offer a comprehensive 1.5-2 hour diet and lifestyle assessment and recommendation consultation in person or on Skype.  The charge for this is Rs.3000 payable in advance via online payment, bank transfer, cheque or cash as per your preference.  This would cover the following:

      1. Current diet and lifestyle assessment
      2. Recommendations for making changes
      3. Identification of priorities based on health needs
      4. 1 month follow up support via Email or Watsapp

      Option 2: A 7 Week Health Coaching Programme

      My most effective offering is a 7 week coaching programme where we connect for 45 minutes every week.   During this time, I can answer all your questions and also teach you everything I know that helped me adopt a healthier lifestyle.  Presently, I offer this programme in person or on Skype, through weekly meetings.

      Each week your personal challenges and questions will be addressed.  I will share with you some new information, teach you a process or deepen your understanding about natural health.

      During the entire period of the 7 weeks coaching, you will have my 24×7 support to help you achieve your health goals successfully.  You can email, text or watsapp me with any question or challenge at any time.

      The 7 weeks are customised for each individual’s requirements and you will have your personal goals and plan for the coaching period.  The following is a guideline of what happens at each of the 7 sessions.

          1. Your health goals and setting intentions and expectations
          2. The logic and benefits of plant-based whole foods. Cleaning up your kitchen and finding replacements
          3. Identifying limiting self-talk and replacing with affirmationsEating Awareness with guided meditations on mindfulness and hunger awareness
          4. Cleaning up your kitchen and finding replacements
          5. Fitness prescription and motivation for exercise by developing healthy habits
          6. The psychology of eating and tips and trick to stay on track
          7. How to handle socializing, travelling, cravings and eating out

      You will receive the following:

          1. Seven 45 minute personalised consultations and unlimited support on Watsapp/ Email during the 7 weeks
          2. A 108 recipe, hard bound and full colour recipe book, Guilt-free Vegan Cookbook, free with this order anywhere in India. Shipping charges are applicable for locations outside India.
          3. A workbook in pdf with weekly assignments.
          4. 21 day gratitude booklet
          5. A mindful eating and hunger awareness placemat

          The cost of the programme is Rs. 30,000. You can pay online, bank transfer, cheque or cash depending on your preference.
