Problem - I live a busy lifestyle. I am surrounded by bakery items, desserts, lavish meals, etc. I have very little time for regular exercise or even courses/ classes.
Change - I learned how to respect my body and treat it like a temple. I started prioritising my health. I adopted healthy eating and daily exercise habits.
Results - I have overcome autoimmune lichen planus, prostate issues, migraines, and high BP. I dropped 12 kgs. Now I am off almost all medications and feel very grateful to be on the right path.
